About Holly

Waterfront park frontage and tight-knit streets

Holly wraps the eastern edge of Lady Bird Lake and has some of the most protected green space on the east side, including Festival Beach and the Holly Shores parkland.

Streets are narrow and residential, and turnover is low — most sales here are quiet, relationship-driven transactions.

Living in Holly

Holly is the pocket between East Cesar Chavez and Lady Bird Lake, anchored by Metz Park, Festival Beach and the old Holly Power Plant site. It is one of the few close-in neighborhoods where you can walk to the water.

The homes

Mostly compact single-family homes on tight lots, with renovated bungalows and contemporary infill mixed block by block. Inventory is thin because owners hold here.

Getting around

Direct trail access to downtown and the Longhorn Dam, with East Cesar Chavez restaurants a few blocks north.

Good to know

Lot sizes vary widely street to street, and proximity to the lake and parks is the biggest pricing lever.
