Counter-notification
If material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). It must identify the removed material and its former location, include your contact information and signature, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and consent to the applicable federal court jurisdiction and service of process from the original claimant.
Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may create liability. Consider consulting an attorney before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
