Quinlan Park Road and 620 are the only ways in and out, which matters at peak hours; downtown is about thirty minutes and the 183 tech corridor about twenty-five.
Good to know
Leander ISD schools, a single mandatory HOA, and wildfire-area insurance considerations. Traffic in and out of the community is the most common buyer complaint — drive it at rush hour.
